Veterinary Administrator wanted (part-time)
Are you looking for a new opportunity to combine your veterinary knowledge and administrative skills and experience?
We provide numerous membership services and are seeking a new front of house professional to join our dedicated team in Wellington. You will be pivotal to supporting the smooth running of the office along with quality veterinary support and advice as a first point of contact for the organisation.
Our previous incumbent has since joined our Communications and Engagement team in a key membership role – demonstrating our commitment to growing not only the profession, but also our people. So if you are seeking a part-time opportunity and keen to support the veterinary profession, then this could be the role for you.
Membership Engagement Coordinator wanted (full-time)
This role is focused on providing key support services to our members. With membership engagement and customer service at the heart of this position there is plenty to keep you busy.
To support our vision we seek an all-rounder committed to ensuring that the value of membership is easily recognised. This will be achieved through the provision of focussed and professional service for the purpose of membership applications and renewals, member programme information and/or referral, student event coordination, database management and contribution to NZVA goals relating to membership.
As a member of the Communications and Engagement team you will have the opportunity to build on your entry – intermediate skills and experience including; database knowledge, general communications and member engagement strategy implementation.
