Membership

Anyone who is registered as a veterinarian by the Veterinary Council of New Zealand is eligible to apply for membership of NZVA.

Retired veterinarians, veterinary students and veterinarians working part-time can apply for membership under special categories or subscription rates.

How to join

Complete the application form, which requires the names and signatures of two current NZVA members who can vouch that you qualify for membership.

The NZVA Board approves applications from appropriately qualified individuals, who then pay a subscription fee that is set annually.
